Skip anythign with killign a ridiculuous amount of monsters or collecting anything. You mostly talk to the queen Von leon and Luden. You need to kill those Golems for 10 Badges and Grey Vultures for a key ion part of the quest though.
Do the quest line from the Von Leon's wife and you will eventually get to killing Ani.
