pretty much yeah.
@ those who talk about IGN. While the character is in the 24hr CD for being deleted the ign should be unavailable. meaning if you don't watch it after 24hrs. Good luk trying to sell IGNs.

Most likely, no. Since IGNs can be used after the character is taken. Also they would need to have a backup for each and every character ever created; That's a lot of data honey.

bleh i dont even like this idea unless ofc our old chars are restore then ye but
since 99% chance they wont bleh

im guessing he read that characters that are deleted (31+) have a cooldown, as to if you wanted to bring back the character,you can. he also assumed that old deleted characters (before this event/new system) would be back.
Some people don't even have that many character slots so the chances are 100% will not happen.
