RNJ is insanely boring. Go do the pantheon quests and they end up giving you lots of flat maps with monsters at lvl 115 or so (inside the castle). I tried the desert and I think I may have one found one map there but wasn't good enough level at the time so can't confirm.

I have no idea why people are giving you training maps other than RnJ for your level. If you insist on alternatives there's also MPE, but RnJ is the fastest.

They're not flat but Red Nose Pirate Den 2 and Ghost Ship 6 have 2 rows that are pretty easy to navigate.

I'm looking for 1 plat map too! It makes training my xenon easier! SH is one of the best. That's about the only map I know that has 1 plat :C

There's the Bains map in Showa, depending on your damage it might be a bit too high for your lvl though.
