so likei requested an email change*sigh* yea... just got a reply today ( sent ticket in about 2 months ago). I recently moved and no longer have the same ISP ( the account is gone) so i cannot change my password.. thus i had to request i get my email changed and when i submitted a ticket about it i was told to file another form requesting an email change but warned by the GM it is a long a tedious process... so...after not hearing anything back i sent another ticket in asking why it is taking so long and why it is such a hassle to have your email change...and i received an email back ( 1 month later ) stating they have not forgot about me and they are having a high ticket volume...then a couple days later i got another email saying sorry bl
