Cant load maplestory?

Its been this way for a while now, i used steam and everytime i try to enter my email and password i see an error. i uninstalled and redownloaded maplestory which takes me about 3 hours cause i only got verizon high speed internet and its still not working.

Servers are up according to the website server status and i keep getting the whole " We are unable to connect to the login server due to a server check, a firewall block or other network issues"

Does anyone have a solution and/or at least experiencing the same problem? It doesnt work on my sisters computer either.
