They dont read tickets
Im beginning to think they dont read reports and just copy and paste the same thing for everyone who filed a ticket for login problems.

Last two tickets I sent in (for different issues) they closed with the same response saying something about closing them due to the huge backlog of tickets.

The last 3 tickets I've sent, Nexon read them all and responded with different answers each time. At least they read the tickets now... back before when you sent a ticket and it was lost in the abyss...

Cause your ticket was long.
on the contrary, it seems they do read tickets a lot quicker now though for the other subjects, while login errors are probably around the same concept i wish you luck though
(last ticket i sent, multiple responses within 30minutes)
