With new equipments in the V patch, is it still worth it to transpose your jap katara to a SW katara?

Base Stats comparison
SW Katara: 86 ATT, 30% boss, 10% ignore def, 10 slots when transposed with jap katara
Arcane Katara: 140 ATT, 65 luk, 10 slots
Neither of them has a set effect.
When scrolled with the same amount of scrolls (assuming 10 ATT, 3 LUK prime scroll), Arcane would have around (140-86 = 54, 54 + around 18 additional ATT from starforce ATT tier - around 6 ATT from the extra star SW has) 67 more ATT and 65 luk than SW katara but it doesn't have 30% boss and 10% ignore. So depending on how much damage you lose from losing the %boss and %ignore defense when you use a Arcane katara, SW might still be better.
