Maplestory Website not loading

this problem has been happening for well over 3 weeks, so I really hope this isn't a server issue
[url=http://i.imgur.com/qs9Vrfb.jpg]This[/url] happens whenever i try open the maplestory website. refreshing doesn't work. ctrl+F5 does not either. Clear cookies and trying again/restarting computer &modem does not work. I get the same page when I try loading from a different computer/phone.

[b]the game runs fine when I use gamelauncher.exe[/b]
IE/Firefox/Chrome lead to the same dead page

any ideas what is causing this?
