How do people make Tv shows and animes? I've always wondered about this. Do they like draw every single frame out (old style) or do they have some type of mechanism behind it now?

Thoughts on Steins Gate? I just finished the series today, and overall I thought it was really good, especially the 2nd last episode where dummy Okabe went back in time again after Kurisu was about to tell him she loves him... I almost punched the screen at that part. I did feel like it was a very slow start, and some episodes were really boring and filler-like. What did you guys think?
