5 Star enhancements
For the 5 star enhancements from that Annie Leonheart rock-paper-scissor thing, does it work on equips with 10 stars already on it?
Or does it only work on equips with 0 stars to begin with?
I kept hearing two different answers so I want to see what you guys think

It just makes the equip become 5 star-red. So if you have 5 or more stars, it will not work.
If it works like the other 5 star scrolls it works 0-4 stars and just puts it at 5.
Obviously the most cost efficient thing would be to use it on a 0 star item
any amount of stars that's lower than 5 works.
it sets your item at 5 stars, and is not necessarily adding 5 stars.
