NGS Hacking Detected

I was playing the game for like 5+ hours without any disruptions, until I go to event hall, and I'm opening Pepe's Reboot Box and after like 30 seconds or so I DC with a message saying "NGS Hacking Detected: 0xd0800101 (-796917503)
Is it the map or because I'm opening blue boxes on the portal?
I just want my 60 reboot coins from the blue boxes
