Good, inexpensive gaming mouse

I'm looking to buy a gaming mouse, but I don't want to dish out a ton of money for something like Razer or Logitech. I know they both make a good quality product, but I would prefer not to shell out more than $50 if I don't have to. After just some quick browsing on Amazon (not sure if this is even a good place to look) and came across these two:

the E-3lue Mazer II 2500 DPI Blue LED 2.4GHz Wireless Optical Gaming Mouse

or

the Anker Programmable Gaming Laser Mouse with 5000 DPI, 11 Programmable Button, Weight Tuning Cartridge, Omron Micro Switches

are either of these any good? The reviews make each of them seem decent at the very least, and the prices are pretty reasonable especially on the E-3lue. if either of these aren't much good then what are some other good ones you guys could recommend? Wireless vs wired doesn't make much of a difference to me.

Thanks!

(sorry, basil wouldn't let me link to the amazon pages because of something in the link that's "not allowed&quot

If you can dish out a few extra bucks, I suggest you get this or this.

It would be nice if you could specify what types of games you play, what your mouse grip is like, and how you use your mouse.
Just get any mouse. This whole game mouse thing is just dumb. Do it the old schol way and buy a mouse around 10 bucks.
I have a high end, ergonomic Logitech mouse. I would NEVER go back to a $10 mouse. The two things are worlds apart.

Well, that doesn't usually apply. The more hardcore drivers tend to drive a stick instead of an automatic/self-shifting transmission. Even dual clutch transmission (DCT) are frowned upon by manual/"hardcore" drivers even if the DCT is superior. Also, why "drinking"...is that just a grammatical error? If not, can you elaborate for my learning (I'm serious)? It is true that what makes one hardcore at anything are their skills, enthusiasm, and how they use their tools.

The old school vs new school thing wasn't the concern here. It was having dedicated tools and non-dedicated tools. The better comparison would be using a steak knife and a bread knife to slice bread. That's my grasp on the situation.
Just because you have a "gaming" mose doesn't make you a hardcore gamer. That's like saying, drinking a non stick makes you a hardcore driver. I prefer simple old school style since I tend to go to friends houses which they have different mouses. I don't want to depend on those side functions and suck at a game or match because I'm used to the side buttons. Being a pleb is better than not being a pleb. A pleb can do thigns old school. people like you depend on those side functions.
I think you meant "DRIVING a STICK makes you a hardcore driver."

OT: How do you fare when playing games when using a normal mouse (with scroll) and regular keyboard? Do you find the need to extra programmable buttons? Does your mouse hand request for a different position when playing games? Do you faster response? How seriously do you take your games? I can honestly get by with a regular mouse and keyboard but a gaming mouse will still help a tiny bit.

Among your two options, I'd get the Anker simply because wired mouse for gaming is more consistent and reliable than a wireless.
Well, as long as it has a scroll, I'm fine with it since I'm very fast with the keyboards executing skills, pots, and such. Gaming mouses have more functions on the side of the mouse (which your thumb will use). So one of the buttons would have like a backspace or even customize your own keys into one of the side fuctions. It's just the little things that isn't really necessary.
You're clearly a casual, so why are you even responding to this thread you pleb

OT: Yes gaming mouses matter, ask any hardcore gamer

They're just a luxury, if you have the money to buy one...why not?

Get good DPI + with cord + a few extra buttons.
Brand doesn't matter it's usually just all about how much you take care of it.

$50 can get you a good mouse regardless of brand name.

Might I add that a good number of Razor gaming mouse's are under 50 or a bit near that price.

Find one with good DPI. Don't get wireless.

@Chema @CaffeLatte
thank you for the responses, I guess I'd be better off saving my money and just getting something that does the basics
I'm pretty new to the whole idea of using a gaming mouse or keyboard, so is it really all just a gimmick? Are they any better than a regular mouse at all to demand more money? I figured there must be some reason to them, but maybe I'm wrong
all you need is a responsive mous and keyboard
adding the "gamming" tag only yields to overpriced hardware with useless redundant buttons and ugly neon colors
