Honestly, I'm going to vote Blaze Wizard for this one.
First and foremost, there are events right now dedicated to giving new BWs perks for reaching certain level ranges, including equipment, so you're not in bad shape there for an unfunded character. Second, Cygnus Knights (as well as Beast Tamers) do not require Mastery Books like the other classes do... so that's saving you on mesos right there (17m - 7m for a 20 book, 10m for a 30 book).
Honestly, this just works out for you at the moment... so I'd go with that.
Go with Blaze Wizard, they are incredibly fun and have a great aesthetic to their skills.
I would say shade, especially if you like a storyline. I know in maple stories usually are awful but it is very good.

Also, I think I'm choosing between Blaze Wizard and Shade now. Blaze Wizard because wizards are easier to fund, and Shade because a couple other people have said it.

i dont care too much about damage, but i dont want something so useless i cant solo grind
Wind Archer. Don't pick Blaze Wizard because they will get nerfed to the ground. If you do pick Blaze Wizard, then I wouldn't recommend maining it. Wind Archer's will get nerfed too, but only 3 of their skills will have a damage % decrease, and the decrease is not by a lot. They will still be a good class after the nerf. I don't know much about Shade and Jett.
