who cares. both classes are top tier dps, it really doesn't matter
same for both. all it comes down to is preference of melee over range.
This is a giant assumption, but Mercedes.
DB's don't really have high DPM unless they have stacking boss-lines. With mediocre funding, they have medium-tier damage :l.
