Is this a router problem? Or just my Isp?
So pretty much whenever more than 1 device is using my internet (I'll be on my pc and my dad will be on his phone or something), it will just p00p itself.

You need a router that has better bandwidth
pretty standard when my sister is donwloading anything on her computer I get lag in my video games. so yes, very normal
