i got these from monster park and as usual they come with hidden potential. when i revealed they had that extra pot line. my main question is, can items get that first extra line installed into them on reveal when using mag glasses at random. like say im cubing my overall, can it appear on it on reveal or is it just items that drop from monsters that have hidden potential?

thats not what im asking. i know what a carver is. if you read it more carefuly. im asking if an item can obtain that extra line w/o using a carver when your revealing an item with a magnifying glass

well the one's you have been seeing on basil are posted because people are in shock of what it can give, in game i seen some with much different potentials such as +50mp and such, this by far is the most expressive kind it can give that i have seen thus far

@above: I don't think that is what they are asking. I think they're asking if while cubing an item when you reveal the potential after using a cube is there a chance for there to be the bonus line of pot (which seems like a reasonable possibility)
