The only classes that get considerably buffed in FLY Part 2 are Mihile and Mercedes.
The rest of them are barely noticeable buffs.

I hope it is going to be a noticeable buff

Wild Vulcan: damage has been increased from 285% to 300%
and a minor buff on Sonic Roar.
