Dumb question, but where is Cassandra gone?

So hi guys,
Every time I CC, this message box comes up about a RED pet. It says to go find Cassandra to get the pet, but Cassandra, GM and Gaga don't seem to be in any of the towns anymore. If someone could help, I'd be greatly appreciative. Thank you in advance!
