Help, whats going on with my account?

Hey guys,
So I logged onto the Nexon website to earn some NX. First there's:

"Due to suspicious activity, you have been restricted from charging NX via this payment method. You can still use alternate payment methods such as PayByCash or prepaid cards. Please contact Customer Support if you need more information.(Code:50100)"

Afterwards, I went back to the maplestory main website to check up on my account, and where my main character's avatar should be, there's this "xOnlyDawnx" person's avatar. Before you say I've been hacked, yes, I can still log in and everything. In fact, maple is open on my laptop right now, logged into my account. I checked on my account, and it says that this person is from Bellocan, same server as me. But if I look in the character info, this character is not created anywhere on my account. Also, the character selected as my main is Torturedly, a level 169 Luminous, not a level 139 Mage.

Is this happening to anyone else, and does anyone know how to fix it?
