Can I anvil a locked item?
Ehh yea I locked my shield for a year, it will unseal next June -.- I want to anvil the look of dkhajar onto it but idk if u can. Can some1 please tell me if I can? Cos if I get an anvil and I can't use it it'd be a waste of money.
