Epic Potential Scroll
This may sound like the dumbest question ever, but can you use an epic potential scroll on an equip that you can't equip? Like some things, you can double click on the item and it opens a window for you to put an item in and it scrolls it for you. But do you have the use this scroll on an equipped item? Thanks!

Yes just click on the hammer and use click on the scroll and whatever you're scrolling.
Yeah, there's a hammer-like button to the bottom right of your inventory tab
