Can I use a clean slate on something that was already enchanted.
Buy clean blood daggers, buy lots of EE, once you have a blood dagger with a nice amount of enchantments spam on it seven 60% dagger attacks.
Mardia it's worth 200-500 Mil.
I can't even find any in the Free market.
In my server, everything is way expensive. o.o

Maybe, If you aren't planning on an Empress Dag, Reverse, or VIP
For merch?
No
no, it's fairly easy to perfectly scroll your own dagger. gm dfa's are cheap (around 135m)
