The guide on Basil tells me to leave vampire at 19 and max booster
Would it be worth maxing Vampire to 20 and leaving booster at 19?
To get vampire's drain to 5% at lvl 20 from 4% at lvl 19, for 10 seconds of booster

Actually, the owner of the guide miscalculated when doing the skill build.
"Lvl. 34 - Critical Throw +3 [11]
Lvl. 35 - Critical Throw +3 [13]" <- Should be [14]
So you can actually max Vampire and everything else except Gust Charm.
