Normal Gollux help

Hey Guys,

Love DS - super fun class. Lvl 160, all fafnir gear, 10 stars, mace is +8. about 80k range.

I tried my first attempt at nollux, and it went really badly. I can kill nollux with 6 other chars I have, but the DS, there isn't a skill that takes care of the mobs that kill you when 5 reach the center.

Is there a strategy that people use when the battle will take 10-15 minutes?

Thanks.

You can take a look here at my video of a Hell Gollux solo. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6qrStJxBng8

On the bottom, I jump attack with impact and it eventually kills mobs that head toward the center. I don't demonstrate it in my video since it was a speed run, but you could also rush and kill with timing for the breath/hand of gollux. You'll need some timing, maneuvering, and understanding the mechanics of gollux.
Skills that can reach are demon cry and binding darkness at the center of the two middle platforms. Again, you'll need some timing, maneuvering, and understanding the mechanics of gollux at this point.
When you face the forehead of gollux at the topmost platforms, you can kill the mobs at the bottom with demon cry or binding darkness as well. Again, this will require timing and that other jazz.

When you're out of DF, cerberus chomp and slashing are the best ways to recharge. You might also want to strategize when to use your Inifinity Aura.

Hope this helps and good luck!

I have a video that I've made with my Demon Slayer when it had less range and was a lower level. Search up "iSpinner Normal Gollux Solo" on YouTube if you want to see how I killed him.

If you're talking about the jaw, just alternate back and forth between the portal. Left side, 5secs later, right side. I personally think that's the easiest part of the boss.

I am mainly talking about the jaw and dealing with the mobs at the same time. I am used to the mobs being taken care of by skills while staying in one spot. I guess the ds just takes s lot more skill. I think the ds is a way better bosser then the da. I have a 190 da, and his range is 260k, and his bossing still sucks. Lol

i do normal gollux on my DS and i always use demon cry for the mobs, u use blue blood for the eyes so u kill it fast with boundless rage to use unlimited demon cry too, then if this dont work just go down kill the mobs and go back up with double jump. I usually go up to the plataform and the rush to middle of the eyes so the hand wont reach there and attack from there so i can use demon cry to kill all the mobs.

use blue blood for the "jaw". time your cd's for infinity force and blue blood before you up to the "eyes". activate blue blood and infinity force when you get to the "eyes". spam demon cry every 8-10secs, do the same thing on the opposite platform. alternate until you reach the crystal. once you reach the crystal move down to the second platform every 8-10secs and use demon cry. finish.

When you're at the eyes you should activate blue blood and demon cry the mobs at the bottom a couple times. If you don't 2 hit the mobs with demon cry in blueblood, then time the eye attack and rush to the center, drop down, use explosion to kill mobs, then use the tele to go back up.

What? Can't you just use a normal skill and hit them? Or do you mean the second item..

That's what I do. Demon Slayers don't have a skill that plants turrets or creates choke-points, so they have to manually kill the mobs. I forget if Cry can reach from the second platform though. I'm sure it doesn't reach from the third platform.
You have to use Chaos Lock to quickly get to them and back.
Is that the easiest method?
