Can you still buy Spell traces with crusader coins?
I heard that you could buy them before, but when I go to the silent crusade hideout, the old shop guy isn't there anymore, leading me to believe you can't buy the spell traces anymore. However some of my friends claim that they are still able to buy them, whereas some of them say they can't buy them anymore. Just wondering at this point, can you still buy them?

Go to Time Lane: Resting Spot of Memory and check if Wence is still standing there.
try completely finishing the storyline u mightve missed a bit of it.
@rexaar: I did finish Chapter 4 of silent crusade and I still can't find the store.

The shop will disappear if you have started Temple of TIme portion of chapter 4 of the Silent Crusade quest line, and will not reappear until you finish chapter 4.
You need better friends.
But yes, you can still buy traces with coins.
yes you can, 35 coins for 100 traces. I don't know where your friends got that rumour from.
