Where can I get this to complete the Alcaster quest? I've been killing snowman but nothing so far.

go to Ardent Mill and obtain 1 jewel of each type from mining
go to Arwen the fairy in Ellinia and she'll make the Star Rock for you.
Ice Witch in the Hector map drops them.
