Free Advancement

Im assuming you guys heard about the RED update that kms got awhile ago. I wanted to know if for the free advancement,now that cannoneers are adventurers can they use free advancement (EX: cannoneer to bucc) ? Also does this work with dual bladers ?
if you dont know what the free advancement is check max's blog,but basically.
"This allows Adventurers to change their job to another one within their class. In order to change your job, you must go to the fourth job advancers in Leafre."
