Took me not really that long,the only part that took me awhile was fixing the hairs so they can fit on the chars head and deleting parts and recoloring.Not that hard but ya i noticed nexon likes to get npc hairs and just edit them a little and release them i thought i'd give it a swing.Npcs on the top and far left is where i took them from.

ya i cant really use photoshop so i was using paint.net.Cause this computer doesnt have a video card and lags for anything which requires a video card lol.
All the hairs on the normal chara's are kinda blurry...
