Network manager software?
I'm looking for decent free program that would let me set bandwidth limits and see usage for programs? Are there any?
Examples of what/why: sharing a network with several people, if someone downloads and it eats half the bandwidth, it becomes unusable for everyone else. I want to cap that at 10% or something of the bandwidth so downloads don't break everything else. A video streaming service doesn't have to buffer, but also boots everyone offline besides the streamer. Buffer a bit, share the net. Little things like that.
