Advanced Charge Blow mastery?
In the description of ACB, it says +52% Weapon Mastery at level 1. How does that work? o__o I thought base weapon mastery was already 50% because of the 2nd job skill. I'm pretty sure it can't be 102%...
Someone explain, please?

While true I can't see many people skipping weapon mastery, anyways. It's just a way of thinking about it. Honestly, if the skill descriptions were a bit more accurate this would be a nonissue.
So, for those of you who skipped Mastery to master Enhanced Basics instead... Don't rely on Advanced Charge for all of your mastery-related needs.

Close ranged characters have an inherent 20% mastery that both your weapon mastery and Adanced Charge's mastery will be added to. Thus, without a charge you will have 20% + 50% = 70% mastery, or with a charge, Combat Orders, and maxed ACB you will have 20% + 74% = 94% mastery.

Yes. When you have any charge on, 94% mastery is applied to your range. Making it work on all attacks

Yeah.. I've seen the number 94% thrown around a lot with Pallies, but I don't understand where they get it from
I'm just debating what to raise first; Blast or ACB. I'll end up getting both, but I want to know what's best first.
