I was in PryPQ and I was like I wonder if CoH could hit Dmg cap.
I did it, I was on Last buff of PryPQ its 400% I believe, MW 20, Energizer (25attack pot), and Final Cut 200% damage.
I had a 30k range then and I hit damage cap with it

My hp is washed about 45 points also so I have a higher amount of HP, + I have HB <3
Yeah I really am happy I hit damage cap I can do it really easy at PryPQ
oh wow at first i thought i did so much damage to these guys cuz they have very low hp which in term gives them little to no defense
