Hi basil i need help looking for this anime i watched before but i dont know the name.

so basically the story is about a really short girl that knows how to fight with a bamboo sword.. and she transforms her whole body into a more mature woman to fight. Also she is training this guy(?) that sorta looks like ichigo from bleach i think. this story takes place in school up when i watched it
