Okay, I think I fouind something out about the Spammers
I saw the meso spammers who have been targeting random users walking in a pattern across every person in FM CH1, and then stopping and repeating the process again. Maybe they are tracking FM users, then instead of their usual spamming in the FM, are targeting market users who may try to buy mesos from the websites? Still honestly confused about the whole situation, but that's what I could make of it.

If Maplestory were real I'd slap the hell outta them.
They've been whispering to me sometimes non-stop. Dude it's effing creepy having a bot or real person whisper to you. Seriously, they're just a nuisance.
They're highly annoying. >.<
I've tried chatting and trading them, they don't respond.

They click the Report button which shows nearby users
Then they wisp all the people in it
This works in Towns, and places like FM and Craft town connected to it
