Stuck in a cutscene?
I havent logged on since Phantom came out, and on over half of my characters I am stuck in some sort of cutscene, and no amount of restarting my computer or redownloading the game has fixed anything. This is affecting my Zero, my Hunter, and a couple of my other characters. I am pretty sure the Zero thing is a known issue, but is there any way around it?

There was some "tutorial" thing for characters you haven't logged into for a while, so I was checking out my charactrs in other worlds and the quest line teleported me to an area similar to Herb Town, and at some point it led me to a "cutscene" esque section where I lost control of my character, and instead of moving along the obviously predetermined path and doing whatever it is he was going to do, he'd just sit still, and the only thing I could to was Alt + F4. I tried this on most of my lower level characters, and they all had the same problem, and any character with sections like this in their intro / tutorial sections (like Zero) experiences the same problem.
EDIT: I just tried to create a Xenon, I am stuck with a black screen unable to do anything.
EDIT 2: Same with Kaiser.
@WSbojer: have you tried the esc button tap it until it breaks,
or skip cutscene. that stops you from even doing it.

No, no, no, I tried that already, I just got asked to buy more NX.
In all seriousness is there any way to fix this or did I just come back at a bad time?
