Parties are overrated Went to a party today, and it was dreadfully boring. There was admittedly decent food, music, dancing, and people I knew; but the whole experience was just a huge drag. There were no events, games, no alcohol or drugs (These are rather straight-arrow people), or anything of that sort. I mostly just sat around the table making conversation with some friends, talking over the loud music. The most fun part was when we decided to ditch and wander aimlessly in the woods. There was a dead possum. We poked it with a stick and went back. At least now I know why people drink a ton at parties. All that loud music and dancing must seem a lot more fun when drunk. My first "Girl Problem" thread Usually, I put my girl problem into a post, or ask others to share their sorrow. This time, I'm putting it into a thread, so here it goes: I have a girlfriend, and she's Korean. She has this friend named ____ (Let's call him Bob), who she calls "Oppa" which means "older brother" in Korean. I used to have an issue with this, but that's over now. Bob's parents might be splitting up, which could cause him to move to either Korea, or LA. She asks him to move in with her, right in front of me... Scale of 1~10, with 10 being the most screwed, how screwed am I?
