Are these items psokable
I was wondering if I could psok these items silver blossom ring, condensed power crystal,aquatic letter eye accessory, and sweet water tattoo. Thanks

Best way to check is go into Cash shop and hover over psok. If the item there appears then it can be psok'd if not then it can't.
No they aren't because for equips it usually says at the bottom that it can be traded one more time after using a PSOK but things like sweet water and the other ones you said become permenantly untradable after equipping.
