Can i use an advanced final attack 20 book for wild hunters on my merc? because ive looked everywhere and cant find one for mercedes.

The only class with an exclusive AFA is Aran. You have to use the one that @simaini said.
I don't even know if those old WH AFA books even work.
no. you can't use class exclusive FA on any other class.
mercs have no merc exclusive AFA book, so you have to use the common one, the one that's for bowmaster, heroes, mercs
