Secondary stat boosts the Attack Range at the rate of 1/4 of the primary stat.
well, i'm sure that those points can go into your secondary stat to boost your minimum range, but i guess the extra hp is usually better

l'm confused :S
if you're strless and have 220 str from equips, you can auto assign those extra points into dex, making you have 1018 str.
Same rules apply to dexless warriors, lukless mages.
I'm just wondering if it is cause i dont want to add the other 19 stat points now to str to find out i was wrong D:

true but thats only like 304hp for most classes since 16hp x 19 (i'm assuming each ap is 16hp)
and this is helpful to some people who just couldnt get that 19 dex/str/luk/int for they weapon :O
how much HP would you HAVE! if you put 1018 all of into HP that would be like 100K
