Transposing Japanese Katara to Sw

Does the Japanese katara +10 1 star still work? Does the transposed item have 0 stars after the 1 star transposal of the japanese katara? And also does the thing where you equip the japanese katara then PSOK it still work?

@bigbater: yeah actually I added every possibility up again there were some flaws o.o but since I transposed at 5 stars mine is stuck at 263
Yes, yes, and yes. However there is certain star that you want to transpose at if you want to get the most possible attack (for a primed katara it would be at 4 stars = 264 attack at 15 star SW). Depends on what scrolls were used on it.
not sure if this is true, assuming u use a 70watk jap katara. after priming it would be 170 watk:
making it 4 stars --> 186 watk
transpose, +16watk ---> 202 watk w/ 3 stars
...
264 watk w/ 15 stars

which is the same if u had transposed it at 1 star:
1 star --> 174watk
transpose, +16 watk ---> 190 watk w/ 0 stars
...
202 watk w/ 3 stars
...
264 watk w/ 15 stars
I 15% spell traced it. Why 4 for primed? Wouldn't staring after transposing give you more base attack to work with? Please explain to me
So I'm sure you know that with every 50 weapon attack, the attack you gain from enhancements increases, i.e. if the weapon is 150~199 att, you will get 4 att from a star, and if it's 200~249 att, you will get 5 att.

Transposing late: Since sweewater's base attack is higher than tsukuyomi's by 16 you should transpose when you are at least 16 attack within range from the next enhancement tier (i.e. 184 att or higher).
a) If you had a 7 star tsukuyomi at 184 attack, the transposition result would be a 6 star sweewater at 200 attack. 7th star would make it 205.
b) If you enhanced it one more time so that it was 8 star tsukuyomi with 188 attack, the transposition result would be 7 star sweewater with 204 attack.

Assuming your katara was average (70) attack, is 160 attack after scrolling, and given that SW adds 16 base att and reduces enhancement count by 1..
Number of stars before transposing / final attack 15 star sw
1: 250 att
2: 250 att
3: 250 att
4: 250 att
5: 250 att
6: 250 att
7: 249 att
8: 248 att
9: 247 att
10: 246 att
11: 245 att
etc, so in your case you're fine with transposing at any of the first few stars, but I would double check the math.
