Should I buy a 10 star perfect scrolled superior gollux pendant for 3.1b or scroll one myself?

farming css from elite doesn't necessarily mean you save money. if you buy perfected and farm elite, you'll still have the css to sell. scrolling yourself is a risk, if you're unlucky it can take 40 scrolls to get back one slot.
if you do plan on scrolling yourself i'd recommend getting lvl 100 dil and be in a guild that has maxed skills.
If you can at least solo hardux then I would say scroll for yourself. The only time it is better to buy for yourself is if you are nowhere close to being able to hardux, or the one you are buying has extremely good pot.
I always rather scroll my self, you can get pretty much one scroll per day from hellux and farming the coins
What I even do is that I farm my CSS from Elite bosses
It requires little bit of more job but it saves lot of money
If you don't feel like working for it or put little more effort into it, just buy one pre-scrolled
