Apparently I have 107% max crit and I was wondering if it actually does anything.

Consider it similar to %boss dmg as applied to those hits effected by crit chance.
For a class like Angelic Buster with a very high %crit dmg boost related to skills, etc, this is why having 100% crit chance is so awesome. It's a straight up uniform % based boost to every hit you make on any mob whatsoever.
You will do 2.07x your normal damage, at most... now get you Min crit to 100% so your always doing 2x normal damage on crits!
It raises your maximum crit damage. It should have an effect, just like how having over 100% boss still has an effect.
It adds 7% more to your max crit attacks. If you some how managed to get your min crit to 100% I'd imagine your crit damage would be insane!
