Not receiving Nx?
Hey everyone,
So I recently purchased 30k nx, but I have not received any of it, does anyone know how long it takes? My payment method is PayByCash (PaySafeCard)...
It's been over 20 hours now, any help?

I contacted PayByCash, no point in contacting nexon, I have a skill point problem on my aran, sent a ticket about a year ago, still no response >_>

heres what i do and it always works.
You need to go to the website of paybycash and send a ticket to customer support, explain to them that you didnt get credited.
And include the order number, they respond pretty fast, they either re-send the notification to Nexon and thent he nx should be on your account 1-2hrs later.
Or they reply with your order number and the proof that is been processed, then its your job to send an e-mail to billingpp at nexon.net, just copy paste the order number+notification to them, and you should be fine.

Yes, i'm sure & I didn't use credit card, I used paysafecard.

Yeah, I got that message, but no NX was added to my account ;C
And yeah, money was taken off my card
