Skill delays?
Where can you find a collection of skill delays for skills? I remember there was a site but I've checked as many as I can remember... It had like weapon speed (5) 550 ms and each different speed. Am I just crazy?

That site was maplearchive, which closed long ago so its not possible to access it anymore.
The best way IMO to obtain the skill delay is extracting each skill data from skill.wz file and then with the base skill delay(which is always normal 6) doing the calculations for each different attack speed yourself.
