Is there a cap to status duration reduction?
So you can get -2 seconds on a unique top, and a -2 second B nebulite. Lotus status lasts 3? or 4 seconds I'm not sure. So my question is, is there a cap to the amount of status time reduction, or can you make it so when you get stunned with -4 seconds reduction, you just get a brief delay but then can move like nothing happened? Seems like nexon would implement some sort of cap to this but it's nexon so who knows.

Minimum status duration for Lotus is 1s iirc.
And the nebulite doesn't stack with the potential line.
Im sure there is. I recall a Chara Card (dont remember exactly which one) That did the same and said (with a maximum of X Secs.) not sure if that only meant the card wouldn't apply or if that was the hard limit.
