I haven't yet seen if it did or not in game as I haven't been able to log in because Nexon is sucking atm, but I'll take your word for it (assuming you somehow logged in at 3:44 AM and were able to see it in the cash shop). It's in the files so it's coming soon It's going to sell for more than regular... regular are 1.2k, speculation based on JMS has put it around 3.5 to 4k nx and it was pretty accurate when Pam Song came out (then again, that was SEA)
And no, 3 lines won't deflate (if they do, it'll be very minuscule)... 2 lines will just rise.

I checked extractions and yes, you are correct:
Premium Miracle Cube: A miraculous cube that resets potential and the number of potential stats# of a piece of equipment.n#cIt can only be used on rare items#.
Their data IS in the files, BUT that doesn't always mean that they're being released. They don't have a price set to them YET, but that doesn't entirely mean that they won't come tonight. We'll see :]

@Akshar: Lol, win. @fengot: Nope, made it for my friend. @EveryoneElse: Yes, +11 is the max possible attack to be added with maker (Black Crystal only adds [or subtracts] at it's most extreme of 3). I have gotten +11 twice now, F2. @KyuuKyuuMoar: I don't think we'll be getting it very soon, but yes I plan to Hyper cube this to a 3 line after I perfect scroll it (if I ever get enough 50% daggers since those are so hard to find [until Gold Box event comes back out]...). Though, Nexon America does love money so I can see us getting these pretty soon
EDIT: And no, I didn't try for an Adv Luk crystal because the cost of getting an Adv Luk verse just using an Intermediate does not make up for the TWO more Luk gained from it.... Plus, I wasn't expecting to get +11 on this, unlike my Crossbow that I tried 26 times for. For that, I did use Adv for a lot of them before I realized how much of a waste it was; my final crossbow was an Intermediate Dex.
