Microsoft Surface Pro Maplestory?

Hello Basilmarket and fellow EMS plebs.

-I would like to say please do not feel sorry for me I just need help. Not looking for pity.

I haven't played Maplestory in about 8 months. My parents took away my computer because it's big beautiful and puts a smile on my face... They allow me to use my tablet. I want to play Maplestory low-key. I am thinking about buying a Microsoft surface tablet/computer. I want to know if I can run Maplestory on the surface pro 4. Please provide details as to which processor I should get on it to run it smoothly.

^What this guy said.
It does operate fairly smoothly however, for anything over like around 2 hours or perhaps less it burns up like a mofo. And I believe due to a Memory leak the game posses it eventually starts lagging also.
Sauce: I once played on a Surface myself.

I would HIGHLY recommend against playing maple on a surface. They are small, don't have good ventilation for long periods of gaming. They overheat really quickly, even when I'm just using mine to write notes. Don't deteriorate a 1000$ item just to play maple. Your better off buying a 300$ notebook to play games on.

Sort that thing out with your parents first.

Or if you're old enough you can move out and do your own thing.

it should run smoothly on pretty much all new machines, maplestory is like 10 years old or so.
just make sure you get windows and not windows RT. I'm not sure if it's still a thing, but windows RT isn't the same as normal windows, since it can't run executables and can only run apps (to my knowledge).
