I bought a perm Pixie Mom hat and for some reason I can't put it in storage...I can put it in my shop and in cash-trades why can't I put it in storage?

I've put my nx items in the storage before though
Cash shop storage or storage cuz u cant for storage. Best way id to have 2 pc n account
Cash Items aren't supposed to be allowed in regular storage in the first place.
How can you have so many NX equips and not know that?
