If you mean boom it with star force, and put the equipment trace on a tradeable version. It doesn't work. I boomed my staff when was enhancing it, and when I put trace on a tradeable version of sw, it just gave back my old staff, except with 0 star. You also don't need a clean equip to put the trace on.

People meant, psok an emp/fafnir version then transpose it on to a sw. That makes the item tradeable for once.
