any other F/P AMs feel para damage should be like 400% and not a pitiful 261%?
Or we should have a skill that turn para into a 1v1 and increases the dmg.

Let's try erasing that pity idea of yours of "F/P is underpowered".
If you say you use the class properly then there's no point of calling a F/P mage underpowered.
Lol I guess so, was just on and fooling around with ideas. I'm not saying we need para be a 1v1 skill all the time only for a duration. I guess I mostly suggested this because I'm still getting DC issues when using haze+mist combo on bosses ( dojo is a big issue). But anyway guys just ideas not saying fps are underpowered as a whole.
I'm pretty content with where it's at. Flame Haze + Mist Eruption is already ridiculously strong compared to other classes, so if you were to buff Paralyze to like 400%+, there wouldn't be any point in using Flame Haze + Mist Eruption because you would already be doing higher damage with just Paralyze (or close to it).
And hell no to the 1v1 for Paralyze. Being able to mob at bosses with my main attacking skill is one of the main reasons I love this class.

and f/ps without myst eruption are still plenty stronger than most/some other classes.
even if paralyse is "weak", other skills make up for it. like arcane aim, magic amp, DoT
if it were buffed to 400%, then you would just be absurdly strong. you could nerf arcane aim, magic amp, myst eruption and stuff to compensate, but why bother. might get a little advantage in bonuses not stacking additively, but that wasn't your point.
not to mention 261% * 7 hits with 800ms delay and DoT is FAR from weak. dark impale is 280*6 840ms, for comparison. chain lightning is 273%*7. arrow stream is 340%*5. raging blow is 268*6. a skill like ELE is 649*4, but immensely slower than any of the aforementioned skills. a skill like pierce is not the norm, and bowmasters are more or less just as capable at mobbing as well, if not better, which just goes to show how important supplementary skills are. it's not all about the attack.
paralyse shouldn't even [i]seem[/i] weak. perfectly in line with other 4th job skills.
I still think of it as buffed compared to pre-RED, so I'm still satisfied haha
