Im trying to look for an empress dagger. I see a clean one thats 138 attack clean unpotted. Its up for 2.1b, is this worth it? The world is Scania. Thanks

Okay so currently I dont think I can afford a 2b dagger and than scroll it. I see a VIP Dagger with 163 attack fully scrolled 3L rare for 2b. Should I just get that and save up for the dagger later on? Im using a 120 atk BD, so its pretty bad. Also I have the full empress set and the weapon is all I am missing.
130 is abv avg.
thats below average right? Anyone else have any ideas?
i got my 130att for 1b if that helps.
